Danier Return Policy?

Danier's Return and Refund Policy is as follows:

For domestic online purchases, if not satisfied, complete the form on danier.com for further instructions on returns. Returns must be made only through the online return portal. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt, based on Shipping Tracking Receipt records. One-time return labels are provided for Exchange or Online store credit only. The item must be Regular price or Sale merchandise. The item price must be $100 or more before tax. If the item is not shipped within 7 business days of approval of the return request, it will be canceled. If an item is returned that is worn, damaged, stained, or does not have the original hang tag attached, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be given. Once a return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. The shipping fee is not refundable. Wool Garments where protective stitching has been removed from pockets or vents are NOT eligible for refund, return, or exchange. All CLEARANCE merchandise is Final Sale, and NOT eligible for Refund or Exchange. Price adjustments will be made with the original receipt, within 7 days of the date of purchase on regular price merchandise only.

For international online purchases, the same process applies as for domestic online purchases.

For the holiday season, all purchases made in store between Nov 9, 2021 and Dec 24,2021 can be returned or exchanged until Jan 9, 2022 at any of our store locations. All gifts must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and original receipt present. Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment on or before January 9th, 2022. If paid by credit card, the original card and cardholder must be present. Returns made with a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for a store credit only. All Purchases made after December 24th. 2021 will follow our regular 7 day return policy. We cannot accept returns/exchanges on Dec 26 or 27th. CLEARANCE and Care Product items are FINAL SALE, and can NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Price adjustments will be made with the original receipt, within in 7 days of purchase on REGULAR PRICED merchandise ONLY.
